Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
